There is also an extensive library of archived articles. In addition, there are training guides and application tools on the subjects of staff management, clinical applications, financial management, provider recruitment and marketing, which we believe will improve the effectiveness and efficiency of your practice management efforts.

The content for the site was developed by BSM Consulting, as well as Allergan's Practice Consultant Group. As you probably know, BSM is one of the nation's leading health care consulting firms. We have had a close working relationship with BSM for more than 15 years.

Allergan has acquired a limited number of licenses to this offering. Within this context it is certainly possible that a competitor may be offered a subscription opportunity. Keep in mind; we do not have access to any proprietary information from our subscribers.

The simple answer is yes. We will be continually adding new content to the site based on feedback from subscribers.

To derive the most benefit from the tools and resources, you should have Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. If these programs do not reside on your computer, you should consider purchasing one of the Microsoft Office Suite packages. Beyond this, there are no special skills required. We have designed all tools and resources to be intuitive for our users.

Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) is the open de facto standard for electronic document distribution worldwide. PDF files are compact and can be shared, viewed, navigated, and printed exactly as intended by anyone with free Adobe Acrobat Reader software.

Yes, you can download all materials to your computer. In fact, you may find this to be the best way to use some of the spreadsheet tools.

Yes, all of the tools and resource materials can be printed in hard copy form.

One option is to change the magnification setting. Within each software program you can change the on-screen "view" by using the magnification function. As an alternative we suggest you simply print a hard copy of the file to read.

First of all, if we are talking about the information entered on the self-assessment tools, this information is not captured at any time. The information is live for the session only. Once you log out of the site, your session and the input data no longer exists. As for the information you may enter in a Word document or Excel file, this process actually takes place on your computer. Even though you may open the file in the browser, there is no save of information unless you save it locally. You may even decide to save it empty and then work on the form from your own directory on your computer.

Yes, you can share this information with your partners and staff. However, you cannot share your username and password with anyone outside of your practice.
