Troubleshooting Tips

In order to make the maximum use of the site, it is recommended subscribers have Microsoft® Excel, Microsoft® Word, and Microsoft® PowerPoint on their computer. If the subscriber does not have these software programs, we suggest acquiring one of the Microsoft® office-based packages. These can be purchased online by visiting the Microsoft® website or other software purchasing sites online, or at your local retail store.

Internet Browser

Consider using or downloading a different browser if you are using Internet Explorer; Microsoft is no longer providing security updates or technical support for many versions of Internet Explorer. Here are a few free browser options that are compatible with our website:

 If you are unable to update your browser because of server settings at your practice, please contact your IT department or provider for assistance.
